HOW TO CHOOSE THE SIZE

Once in the product page the available sizes are shown in the bottom part, in the section “Size Table”.


Measurements should be taken with a soft meter, as tight as possible and with the dog standing on 4 legs.

Collar

For collars the measurement must be taken in the widest possible region of the neck. It has to be taken into account that, to fit comfortably, between the collar and the neck there must be room for one or two fingers. So please choose a size that allows enough tolerance (for example if the neck is 28cm we will choose an S size, because can be set both at 25 and 30 cm).

Harness

Measurements should be taken in the widest point of the neck and of the chest as shown in the figure here. Same procedure described above for the collars.

Measure carefully:

  • Neck: max neck diameter (typically at the bottom of the neck)
  • Chest: the diameter just behind the front legs
  • Body: distance between the neck bottom and the beginning of the tail
HOW TO PURCHASE ON THE WEBSITE

Products must be added to the cart using the dedicated button. Once finished please enter the cart and follow the guided procedure, choosing the payment type, shipment, and filling in all the required information.

We suggest that you should register as well during the payment process if you hadn’t done it previously.

PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted methods are paypal, bank transaction, best known credit cards.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TIME

Depending on the choice made during the checkout process the goods will be given to one of our logistic partners.

Delivery time depends on availability of the ordered goods. If it is not available it will be produced in the shortest time possible.

RETURNS

If the customer is not happy with the received goods he can return it within 10 calendar days. However, it is necessary:

  1. Contact us to let us know his intention to return the goods
  2. Confirm the goods have not been used
  3. Send back the order (the customer will be responsible to organise the return, covering the cost of the shipment as well)

Once we receive the goods back and checked that the 3 conditions above are verified we will proceed to the refund minus the cost of the first shipment. For other details please refer to the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page.
